I am an Indian company... I have engaged a commission agent in USA.... He gets me export orders... I pay him quarterly on the basis of export sale in that quarter.... Now is the transaction subject to GST.... IF yes who will pay....

Hai, raja and arya, if i am not correct you are talking about commission income paid to commission agent in USA will not be income of agent under direct tax and since its not a supply so no gst will come, please correct me if i am wrong.
