Gratuity
I have an accountant who is coming to office 3 days in a week time. Workings with us since July 2001. Is I have to pay him gratuity if yes Please advise calculation.

Please specify the strength of your firm. As Gratuity Act is applicable to the firm where number of employees are 10 or More. For more details you contact any Lawyer.
