YES,When Stock transfer is more than 50.000 you need to E-way Bill, when one godown to another godown no GST needs to be charged.

Hi, Please advise, Stock sale to another GSTIN, But seller and purchaser's Godown is same so, E-way Bill is required ?

If there is 2 different GSTIN involved then GST invoice is mandatory for transfer.
In my opinion, since there will be no movement of goods in a motor vehicle so eway bill will not be required in this case.
