Whether only GNL-2 to be signed digitally ??

or Both GNL-2 and its attachment ADT-1 to be signed digitally ??

Hi Rohan, ADT 1 is not available electronically....it is available in soft copy format and you have to take a print out of the same and get it certified as required....the same is to be scanned and attached to form GNL 2 which is to be signed digitally...

Dear Rohan,

Agree with the opinion of member.

ADT.1 is to be signed manually whereas GNL.2 is to be signed digitally. Simply attach scan and signed copy of form ADT.1 in GNL.2 and upload.

Please revert if there is any doubt.

Dear Member,

Thanks for resolving my query , I have another query would like to put here only,

While filing MGT-15 Report on AGM - asking details of "business transacted at the meeting and result thereof:" my question is how to sum up the information for this MGT-15, Whether to give detail info. regarding vote casted for and against? whether e-voting result also to be add up?

please clarify.
