No, Since GMCS Depends on Chapter Wise.
All Management by Chapter Only.
Not by Central or Region Wise.
Even in Same City, You Cant Get Transfer From One Centre to Another, Possible Only if Same Institute is Managing That.
Since ICAI Has Tied up With Some Management Institute.
