How many leaves are allowed in gmcs 1?

Dear Sir
No leaves Allowed in 15 days GMCS Training. If any urgency you take leave for a single day than you will have to set off the same in next other batch.
THE TIMINGS OF GMCS 1 IS FROM 9:30-5:30 SO IF WE HAVE CLASSES IN THE MORNING CAN WE GO FOR GMCS BY 10AM? IS IT ALLOWED?
