Gmcs 1

Dear All, My Q is when we enter DD number while registering online for GMCS-1, payment has been made at that time or only after submitting physical DD. I have registered online in one center, but now if I don’t submit it within 7 days physically at that centre then can I use that DD to register in other centre?? Thanks
