How to set up business (software) unit in Germany and UK. Is there any standard website which will provide the information for the same.

Thats the website u get some information which i collected from my relative who is staying in germany
it seems lot of regulations are there and one of them in the Company should be a german Citizen and minimum investment needed is Euro 50000
