new gst application for garments business hsn codes & rates???

HSN code of Garments:61 Gst rate of Garments costing below Rs. 1000=5% and costing above Rs. 1000=12%.

You can refer Chapter 61 of the HSN Chapter for the GST Rates and HSN Code for Garments.

1). Articles of Apparel and Clothing accessories, knitted or crocheted, of sale value not exceeding Rs. 1000 per piece : GST Rate - 5%

2). Articles of apparel and clothing accessories, knitted or crocheted, of sale value exceeding Rs. 1000 per piece : GST Rate - 12%

3). Handmade/hand embroidered Shawls of sale value not exceeding Rs. 1000 per piece : HSN CODE - 6117, GST Rate - 5%.

4). Handmade/hand embroidered Shawls of sale value exceeding Rs. 1000 per piece : HSN CODE - 6117, GST Rate - 5%.
