I have lost my details from  which i have filled return for 1st- 2 Quarter. now i have to file revise return & issue certificates for the same. I have FVU file, And  .TXT for 24Q & 26 Q for both Qtrs.  can i get the deatil from these files?

I have tried torecover data from a Recovery software but it could not be possible as the clean up-ed by a good software. the data was so huge i can not reprepare the details, it will take much time.

so please suggest me any remady to get the details. if possible E-mail me at biney2in @ gmail.com.

You can import the text file into excel, goto data, get external data and select from test file.

For filling revised return you need the fvu file, as you have original fvu file then what's your problem?

Down load utility for filling correction return from NSDL site, go for correction return import original fvu file and make correction

hope your revised return problem will short out

My Problem was Solved by Exporting Txt File ....  I had made revised revised return...

dear sir,

I am trying to generate the form 16a from various softwares,

there, the software asking the fvu file,

what is the fvu file, and how to generate that one,

i really dont know,
