Whether new FTP 2015-2020 will be applicable for NOV 15 or old one 2009-14?

New one is applicable for Nov 2015..i.e FTP 2015-2020. Icai has already made official announcement in this regard.
Thanks, whether ICAI has revised practice manual or not yet incorporating new policy. I checked in student portal but could not see any change in PM.
