Freight inward

What will be the treatment of freight inward paid to gta on goods received from supplier and this freight is reimbursed by the supplier in the form of credit note.Also what would be gst implications in case the amount is 12000 Rupees. Would there be any reverse charge applicable for the receiver of goods
