Rule of freight charges under Gst

In case both supplier and recipient are registered and goods are sent intra state, CGST +SGST will be PD by recipient under RCM
in case supplier is urd transporter will have to pay GST
in case supplier is urd transporter will have to pay GST
on which amount Gst will levied on freight
what about the 5k limit? if the amonut is lees than 5k den also we have to pay?
This 5000/ limit is not applicable on RCM payment.
