Kindly give me the format of application regarding permission for filing the Income tax return for last 6 previous years

You should write a letter addresed to CIT of your range that you want to file return for Ay so and so year .under 119[2b]. You have to give reason for delay. If there is no refund or no tax credits or no AIR transactions and if your taxable income is less than permissible then skip filing return for that AY.

Give a copy to AO. The letter goes to CIT thro AO.

You should get hold of a Ca or a TRP [tax return preparer]
