Friends I am planning to file a Form -23 for alteration in articles...there are two events i.e
1) 1st Bm for 1st EGM
2) 2nd BM for 2nd EGM
Both are within 30 days. Now, my question is
1) Can I file it in a single form?
2) If I m filing it in a single form then the date of authorisation by Board for signing would be.................................?

Yes, single form can be filed for both.
The board authorization date will be 2nd BM date
As per my point of view, single Form 23 can not be filed. As the form ask for date of dispatch of notice and date f passing the resolution. Then the question arise, which date you are going to enter in date of passing of resolution whether 1st EGM or 2nd EGM. And if you are going to enter adte of any of one EGM, Then, the date of authorisation will be of the board meeting in respect of which such EGM was held.
