use form2 for this purpose

no form 5 is required to be submitted to ROC for allotment of shares.the Form 2 is their for this purpose.

Form 5 is not required in the case. Only when allotment is made allotment return is to be filed within 30.

"	Form 5 is only required for increasing the Authorized capital of the company and if u want to increse share capital within the limit of the Authorized capital u should only Form2 for allotment of the Shares	"
