Form 32 - directors appointment and resignation penalty

Form-32 is required to be filed within 30 days of change in directorship. However one can file form-32 at a later date with additional fees.

You have to pay late fee as per schedule X, which is nine times of additional fee along with normal fee.

Normal fee of form-32 is Rs. 500. Which means your final payment would be (500*9+500).

And there is no penalty for late filing of this form 32 in case of resignation of a director....

You have to pay additional ROC fee for form-32, if you are filing the same after 30 days. This additional fees is applicable for all purposes.
