Form 32

Dear Ankita 

Three different Resolution will be passed at Annual general Meeting for regularisation of Directors. In Form 32, we write the Date of Board meeting and Reolution number in which Director is authorise to sign the Form. So you have to write all the three resolution Number passed at Board meeting before AGM in which Directors were authorised to file Form.
