Hi,
Memorandum of appearance dsnt require any stamp duty, only u hv to affix a court fee of Rs. 5 on it. Affidavit is to be executed on the minimum amount of stamp paper available in ur state(in maharashtra its Rs. 100) and duly notarized by any one of the director of the company.
