We have filed Form -21 for Amalgamation of two unlisted public company with one unlisted public company.
The effectiive date is the date on which Order s filed with ROC(30 days from date of receipt of order) .now the problem is due to some reason , we need to cancel this form .as in completion of 30 days deadline still in hand we have 22 days )
we need to cancel this form now and after 10 days and beore expiry of 30 days deadline we will file a new form 21 and will comply the requirement.
The status of the form is PENDING FOR ACTION.
PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT TO DO ?
