Form 2 filing on issue of bonus redeemable preference shares

Dear All,

My client has issued bonus redeemable preference shares to its shareholders out of the free reserves. However, while filing form 2 we are unable to find an appropriate place in the form to fill in the same. MCA portal rejects the e form if we try and fill in the preference shares in other place. If any one has seen such a problem earlier, request you to share your analysis.

Also, can the eform be ammended or a representation filed before the MCA to update the eforms to include such an issue. What is the procedure for the same.
