As you all know that now proof of Registered Office is attached with Form 18 filed with MCA 21

I jus want to know, what evidences can be attached?

Rental/ Lease Agreement.

Dats it.. if that property is solely owned by us then??

No Objection Certificate from director ………… (Mandatory if registered office is owned by director (not taken on lease by company)

A proof that the Company is permitted to use the address as the registered office of the Company ………. (Mandatory if registered office is owned by any other entity/ person (not taken on lease by company).

Property deed as well as latest kmc bill..if kmc bil is dated 15 days prior 2 submission of form then title search report from a competent lawyer...Also NOC from owner should be in Rs 10 non judiciary stamp paper duly notarised
