Dear All,
My Boss (who is also Authorized Signatory for Form-16) was transferred from current company to the parent one w.e.f 1st April'10. Is he authorised to sign on the Form-16 (for the FY 2009-10) of my current company? If yes, instead giving his designation detail, shall I mention as Authorised Signatory?

He is the authorised person however when he is NOT AVAILABLE for signing how can he sign?
So, instead of him the person who is appointed in his place should sign.
If there is no one in that place, then that person who is being transferred can sign by mentioning is original designation.
