Hello Everyone,

I want to know if an employee left company in the mid of the year then how company issue Salary paid details to the employee before completing of that financial year

i want to say we can't issue form 16 in the mid of the year so what is the option for us to give employee

Please help

  1. You are right, form 16 cannot be issued in the mid of the year
  2. But you can issue IT computation for the respective period
  3. This statement would include month-wise earnings/deductions
