Form 16

Dear Seniors,

Form 16 Part A, i have downloaded before 31st May 2014.

Now, need to download on a different authorised person's name as two different signing authorities will be there and they issue based on employee's grades.

If i download now and issue Form 16 (as date will be mentioned in Part A is June) is that ok? Form 16's (Part A) date can be after 31st May 2014 also??
