Dear Seniors,

Form 16 Part A, i have downloaded before 31st May 2014.

Now, need to download on a different authorised person's name as two different signing authorities will be there and they issue based on employee's grades.

If i download now and issue Form 16 (as date will be mentioned in Part A is June) is that ok? Form 16's (Part A) date can be after 31st May 2014 also?? 

Pl guide.

form 16 will be signed by the person who has signed form 27A for filing of tds return because there cannot be two diff. persons responsible for deduction of tax. form 16 will be signed by another person only in case of trf.

S, tnks, 1st one gone. Now have to download on another authorised person's name. Is date issue ok? Can form 16 date be after 31st May?

yes, date can be after 31st may. there is absolutely no problem.

@ manish... you cannot download it by yourself. your school has to download it and then provide it to you.

Form 16 A Or Form 16 can be downloaded after 31st May but subject to penalty of Rs. 100 per day .
