Blank format of Form 16 attached.
Shashi, I need Blank Form 16(Salary) . I think Form 16A, we need to download it from NSDL.
Please upload Blank Form 16.
Now i.e. for FY 2011-12 even Form 16 is available from NSDL..
Also attaching Excel format of Form 16
