An NRI who doesnt have pan in India wants to remmit(transfer) money from his bank account in India to bank account in singapore to purchase a property there. He settled there with IC card.
How to do this transfer?? Pls guide me.. Form 15CA and 15CB is required by the bank.. What are the steps???

whilr filling form 15CA AND 15CB if mentioning of PAN is mandatory then PAN card is mandatory otherwise it is not required

Got a question...as per recent RBI guidelines now NRO funds can be transferred to NRE account provided it is approved by CA in Form 15CA and 15 CB...
My question is that since funds will be transferred from one account to another account so is it that both payee and receipient of the funds is the same person? Or payee is bank and receipient is self.
Big confusion...can anyone give some expert advice. Appreciate it.

Whether15 CA and 15CB has to be issued for salaries paid to overseas employee??
Brief Background : Indian Company has deputed its employees in forigen company and want to remit salaries in forgien bank accout. Know issue is whether Form 15CB to issued to this payement
Form 15cb/ca compliance is required for Payments made u/s195.
As salary payments are covered u/s 192, 15 cb/ca not required.
