Form 112

I have cleared my ipcc in november 2012. I am in b com third year. and I am also registered for cs executive and my cs exams are in june 2013. now I'm filling form for articleship. my b com exam are in april 2013. I am a private b com student. so my question is that what should I fill in 1 1 2 form? my b com exam will end in april do I need to take permission for it? and if I take permission for b com, whether I will be able to give cs exams in june?
