Form- 108 fault of chapter. need help

Hi,

Can anyone tell me where i need to send the post of form- 108. am from Hyderabad,AP. 

I have already sent it in time but 

when enquired for not receiving the oompletion certificate they said its delay from their side only, again after few days again i have enquired then they said as document not received only.

What shall i do now? Its not my fault at all i have submitted in time and am enquiring the update they r giving the false information.

do i need to submit it again?

do i need to pay the fine?

If fine then on whose name DD is to be drawn?

Where i need to post it?

Since you have submitted the form, i want to ask whether you have a acknowledged copy of the form submitted.

1. If yes, then submit copy of the same copy to the ICAI and get the data updated.

2. If no, then I am sorry , you might have to follow the same procedure again.

3. Also if you have the details of DD paid, then enquire with bank whether the same was encashed, if yes then the form has been received by ICAI.

So check up on the alternatives and hope that your problem is solved.
