Form 102 Query

I would like to knonw that if form 102 ( deed between article and the principal) can it be a pre dated and the franking date be post one. For eg if franking is done on 5th April 2011 and the deed is signed on 26th April 2011 but mentioning that articleship period commences from 25th March 2011. 

Is this a valid deed then .?  Would like to know this on urgent basis.
