Form 1 resubmission query

Hello all,

In Form 1A for a public ltd company, the no of subscribers are 7, while in form 1, we have increased the subscribers to 9.

The NOC is attached and other things complied for adding the promoters, but got the query :-

" NO. OF SUB. NOT TALLY WITH F 1"

Some one can tell me what does it means??

this means that you have to contact the ROC.
