In composition scheme can we purchase goods from other state??

yes you can purchase from other states because restriction is on supply to other states not to purchase from other

If you are under composition scheme then only restriction on interstate sale not in case of normally registered person.

He will sell you interstate also.

If you have made any Interstate purchases in the current financial year, then you cannot opt for Composition

If you have made any Interstate purchases in the current financial year, then you cannot opt for Composition Scheme under GST Act for that financial year. In the next financial year you can go for that scheme.
