No way to Find PAN by only name. As their can be many person with same name. Link provided by Prateek Garg is correct and only way to find PAN, i.e. by providing the name and DOB/DOI.

You can find PAN NO. by  name only in case of a company or firm. The link is https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/knowtan/knowtan.jsp. In the TAN search result it will also display the PAN no. along with PAN no.

is there any way to find PAN HOLERS NAME thruogh online By using the body's PAN No. ?

The problem is i haven't the body's PAN Card, only have no.?
