My client is an individual with income from goods carrying trucks and also income from agricultural land.
How can we file returns under Section 44 AE alongwith income from agriculture?
Client does not keep books.

Assess who is having business income (any business,44 AD, 44 AE) and whose Agriculture Income is more than Rs. 5000/- has to file ITR - 4 Form. ITR 4 S is not applicable to you as the Agriculture income is more than 5000/- Rs.
