yes u can file itr1 but what suddenly happened to business, later if u show busines again, they may raise questions its just that u have to explain

Yes. YOu can file ITR-1 if you dont have any business income during the relevant period.

ok, that means i can restart my business any time & can file itr-4 at that time. I can switch between itr1 & itr4 as per income. right

Hi Fourc,
Correctly interpretated by you, yes you can switch between ITR 1 & 4 according to your nature of Income in particular financial year.. for this year go for ITR 1 if no business income.
