Filing of return for the fy 2013-14
If I received notice from the income tax department for non filing of return for the financial year 2013-14 . Can i file ITR directly from the income tax website under e filing link .

No you can't file as the due date is over. You will have to file a paper return.
Then why portal for efiling for the Assesstment year 11-12 to 17-18 are available to file ITR.
In Portal E-filing From 11-12 to 17-18 are available as Return can be filed U/s 148 in case of Re-assessment. Return u/s 139 not possible for F Y 2013-14 online .
Even if you make the XML and upload it after that you will get an error message for that and ultimately return won't be filed.
