Filing of form 20 with roc

In respect of limited company being formed by me, the objections in respect of Form 20 filed by me are as under -

FILE FORM 20 ON A STAMP PAPER OF RS.20 WITH TYPED FORM 67 (ADDENDUM). THE PROBLEM IS THAT IF I ATTACH E-STAMP OF RS.20 WITH FORM 20, IT FAILS IN PRESCRUTINY. PLEASE ADVISE THAT HOW TO FILE 20 ON A STAMP PAPER OF RS.20.

Hi

 

If you have taken Rs. 20 non judicial stamp paper then no need to mentioned e stamp of Rs. 20 in Form.
