Hi,
According to me, only resolution for approving Directors' Report & Approval of Annul Accounts by Board, has to be filled with ROC.

As per provisions of the sections 179(3) (g) and 117 (3) (g) of the Companies Act, 2013 approved financial statement and the Board’s report; resolution filed with Roc within 30 days of the meeting.

Dear Pinky,
As per section 179(3) and 117 of the companies, 2013, wthat you need to file with ROC is only extract of board resolution approving accounts and directors report, not the accounts and directors report.
