09 July 2018In form 16 issued by bank for pensioners the amount considered in salaries is more as compared to form 26 AS and tds is also not appropriate. I have contacted the branch but there seems to be no appropriate reply soon. Which one should I consider to file the itr ?

You can declare the actual amount of pension received by you. When the amount declared is more than as mentioned in form 26AS, no query will be raised.
