Filing altered aoa
Our Company has changed certain clauses of AOA. we received a letter from the ROC regarding the confirmation and requiring the filing of the altered MOA and AOA within 30 days.
My question is do we have to physically file the copy or is any e-form available for the same?

You may file the altered AOA in form No MGT-14 .
