Feeling depressed...

Dear Friends, Iam a ca final student. I completed my group II in second attempt. But still not able to complete my group I.I even lost the count of how many times i appeared for group I. I study practice manual for audit, for law Munish bhandary, MPV sir's book for accounts and Bala sir's book for SFM.I dont know what to do..Feel like quitting CA..Kindly help me friends..What should i do now??

Don't quit since you are left with only 1 group. You will not feel good if you leave CA course at this stage. Try to follow a different way to study this time. Change the way you studied till now. Complete your course upto March end and revise all the 4 subjects in April thoroughly. Study 1practical and 1 theory subject daily. Study audit and law on alternate days. For confidence, solve practice manual of law and audit after completing the course 1 time. Stay confident. You will succeed. :)

Please do the following if you can.

Purchase video classes for FR and SFM. Please watch Prof.Rahul Malkan's demo video lectures and if you like you can purchase. It helped me to get exemption in FR and i took 51 Marks in SFM in the very next attempt after watching video lectures.

Law is OK. Go with Sumit Agarwal + Practice manual for auditing. I got exemption in Nov 2014 and cleared my final group I in May 2015 at the age of 42.

Bro plz apply for certified copies u will get to know where are u lacking,overcome That mistakes and u will get success in next attempt.

I m saying bcoz one of my known person was failing in 3 attempts but after seeing his certified copies he got to know many mistakes in next attempt he passed by overcoming such mistakes

Go with Practice Manual, RTP & modules issued by Institute. I have passed by exam using these books only

The fear of failure seems to make you feel anxious about CA Examination. You need to change your approach towards life and think positively about your success. As you must be aware that CA examination is more about mind game and how you can control your nerves in those three crucial hours. Overcome the stress and anxiety by controlling your emotions and adopt a positive outlook.

Practice some meditation to feel relaxed, also listen to soothing music. Just believe in yourself to cross the bridge, as you are the best person to judge your progress.

Not passing after so many attempts has got u depressed bcoz u r frustrated with your stubbornness.Don't be rigid that next attempt will get cleared.I would advise you to seek a getaway for at least 15 days.Don't study. Do what u would like to do after becoming CA.May be u wanted to go for a vacation or visit that relative or meet that childhood friend. I don't know u wanted to play games on PSP4 or read English newspaper. After doing this u will get a new lease of life with a new perspective on your subjects.Lastly,do exercise,follow a routine and always count your blessings. Don't be so hard on yourself.

Actually , you are correct. I feel so guilty everytime i dont clear my exams. Iam not able to think my life beyond CA.I've many times tried to take a break from exams work in an audit firm. But even that didnt work and has infact increased my anxious.Because i have cleared Group II Im not able to quit CA also.

I'm not able to find the reason why I'm not clearing. I'm planning properly and also revising for a month. I also think i'm following good books and practice manual. I just saw the suggested answers for the Nov exams and i think almost 70% of my answer matches with it. Ive applied for verification of my answer sheets. Can some one guide me where iam going wrong??
