Yes, In case of company & firm Surcharge on FBT is applicable irrespective of turnover. For refrence plz read finance act 2007.

Surcharge is payable on FBT irrespective of the figure of Income of the Company or Firm. However, in case of FBT payable by AOP or BOI surcharge is payable if thr Total Income or Fringe Benefit exceeds 10 lacs.
True SC is compulsory.
