I export services technical out of India without bill , amount received my account. whare showing 3B and Gstr 1.

If amount credited in Foreign Currency it will be treated as exports, Exports in 3B as Zero rated and In GSTR1 - Exports Tab
You need raise bill first. then need to show in GSTR3B under outward supply zero rated and in GSTR1 under exports
