Can you please provide me case laws regarding disallowance of expenses incurred on behalf of director ?

Only expenses incurred on behalf of the director by the company whooly for the purposes of carrying on the business is allowable under the I-TAct. However some of the personal expenses such as medical expenses, furnisehd accomodation, car facility etc.. are also allowable in teh asst of teh company.

Any other expense for personal purposes of the director other than those that are specifically authorized by the AOA of teh company are treated as personal expenses and will be not considered.
