Exemption under section 54b
I have claimed exemtion under sec 54B and within 3 year i have diverted the agricultural land purchased for exemption but not sold (only diverted).
So my question is whether such diversion disallow me the exemption earlier claimed?
kindly provide me with case law also, if any?

Hope the act of Diversion as mentioned by you is not change of ownership as per law!
