if i give two paper of ipcc like accounting and tax scoreing above 60 both the paper can i get the exempt of above mention paper

Yes, if you score above 60 in a paper, you can claim exemption.
You will get exemption in the said subjects if you had scored 60 or above, but you should appear for all the subjects in first group to claim the exemption
