Dear all,
pls clear that if excisable goods sold 2-3 years back are returned to us under invoice as per rule 11 can we avail cenvat credit of these goods. if not what are the provisions.pls give me section details.

You can avail CENVAT Credit under Rule 16 of the Central Excise Rules, 2002. It is for re-made, refined, re-conditioned or for any other reason.
