kindly provide the information for below mentioned points

if hotels produced cakes cookies & chocoltaes and serve to guest - excise applicable or not ?

if hotels produced cakes cookies & chocoltaes and take away by guest - excise applicable or not?

Excise duty is not leviable upto the removal of goods upto Rs.150/-lakhs. Sale in Hotels or carried away has no different aspect.
