I think yes.You will have to revise the 2nd qtr TDS return.

if tds deducted on salary then u can adjust otherwise other than salary u can n't.

yes, we can adjust tds very comfortably if the tds has been deducted excess of the same party in 2 nd qtr and we can adjust it next qtr.or we can do one more thing ReVised Return

if the tds payment has been made doule in return then we can adjust the tds in next qtr if the party has raised bill which is equivalent to excess tds payment made of the same party in 2 nd qtr.

Bijan kumar is correct. 1st reivese the tds return and from the payment of next month adjust the amount which u had paid twice. pls adjust the amount with corresponding party/vendor against subsequent's month payment.
