EVEN I AM CONFUSED

SHOULD SUNDAYS SHOULD BE INCLUDED OR EXCLUDED IN OUR LEAVE CALCULATION/

no it wont.. i just completed my articles and the procedure is simple.. its 1/6 of the days worked . when we say working days it INCLUDES sundays and government holidays. the reason being even if the article is busy he cant work on those days as the firm and cliente will not be working.. so it would be unfair to call them as a LEAVE taken by article.. in our office we had a simpler policy where a PCC student had a flat quota of 180 days which is quite same as the 1/6 th of articleship period of 3 .5 years.  so any leeave in excess of 180 will be asked to be served. hope i clarfied your doubt and Alifia's.

I agree about what u said regarding sundays and government holidays, but what about those sundays and holidays that come when we are already on leaves......

Your firm had a very nice policy, no further confusion it will create for any one.......
